Flame cutting is an important primary metal cutting process for cutting through thick steel. At AccuBurn, Inc., CNC-controlled oxy-fuel cutting equipment feature from 4- torch machines on up to 16-torch machines that provide high speed cutting of mild steel from .625″ to 12″ thick. With our oversized work area, we have the capacity to cut large scale shapes with dimensions of up to 27’ in length x 27’ in width and weighing up to 15 tons. The design of our cutting tables allow AccuBurn the versatility of loading plates to achieve the best yield and to decrease cutting times, which in turn decreases production costs. Our skilled workforce possesses a deep understanding of metals and the relationship between their behavior and the process, which allows us to hold tolerances to ± 0.059″ for thickness less than 6.0″ and ± 0.078″ for materials greater than 6.0″ thick. We also offer grinding, deburring, and shot blasting to provide an improved finished product.

We maintain a well-stocked inventory of mild steel in various grades and tempers and are capable of creating complex pieces at very favorable pricing.
